职责描述：
1. Process improvement in Workshop (Injection & Assembly&Metal) 注塑,装配和金属车间过程质量改善
1.1 Organize corrective actions implement and verification for Tier 2 issues of process 组织对生产过程的二级问题纠正措施的实施及验证。
2. Maintain and update parts quality control procedure and document if necessary. 根据需要维护和更新产品质量过程控制程序和文件。
3. Logistic Support物流支持
3.1 Execute corrective action for problem found in incoming material and outgoing material inspections.公司进料和出库检验发现的问题采取纠正措施。
3.2 Red area’s block parts follow and solution红区隔离产品的跟踪处理。
3.3 Maintain and update parts quality control procedure and document if necessary. 根据需要维护和更新产品质量过程控制程序和文件。

4. Customer Services客户服务
4.1 Answer quality complaint from customer and submit related corrective action report to customer.
响应客户的投诉，提交公司的整改报告给客户。
4.2 Execute Containment Plans in case of problem occurred in the process and organize corrective actions work effectively.对客户投诉问题组织围堵措施并组织纠正措施的实施及验证。
4.3 Follow up action plan and develop documentations
跟踪公司的整改计划并更新相关文件。
4.4 Actively communicate with customer regularly to maintain good relation with customer.
积极定期与客户沟通，维持与客户的良好关系。
5. Material test according to the customer requirements for mass production parts
对量产产品根据客户的要求做材料的测试。
5.1 Q drawing &, Gage drawing & quality follow up & out going report & control plan updated for mass production parts
对量产产品的Q图,检具图,质量跟踪卡，出库报告和控制计划的更新。
5.2 Dimension & function test update according to customer requirements for mass production parts
对量产产品的尺寸报告和功能试验报告按照客户要求更新。
