岗位职责:

• Lead and execute government affairs strategy mainly in Shanghai and other key cities where Inditex operates business.
• Act as a bridge between authorities / major organizations and company to enhance engagement and communication to demonstrated company’s local commitment.
• In the case of crisis or major commercial activity, acting as a key role to communicate and coordinate with relevant authority department, to minimize the potential risks or ensure smooth operations.
• Regularly monitor the relevant or favorable policy that might have an impact for the company, when necessary, to materialize the potential incentive and favorable policy.
• Support the proactive communications of corporate contents and lead the corporate WeChat project.
• Be as an essential member in corporate communication projects with public affairs angles and perspectives.
• Support department director with the overall strategy of corporate affairs including communication, government affairs and community investment.
• Key media and government events’ coordination and support, such as media gathering, CIIE etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 7 – 10 years or above of relevant work experience with corporate communication, government relations and community investments (preferably in fashion/retail and/or global company with its HQ abroad) or previously work with foreign affairs / commerce department from government.
• Project management experience
• Good level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Languages: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Highly organized and able to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Chinese and English.
