岗位职责:
• Reporting to store manager and regional omni channel manager. Communicate task expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing work contributions
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems
• Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, implement changes
• Meet or exceed operations with sales budget expectations
• Responsible for all section managers and supervisors, with review responsibility for all operations employees
• Work closely with store manager to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Responsibilities may include training new and existing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
