FAE 现场技术支持工程师
JD：
1). To help to develop and win new business by providing technical support to sales department.
2). Identify and help define new offerings to meet new demands from collecting Customers, defining Critical Customer Requirements to New Product Introduction where he/she is to act as interface and catalyst between customers, sales and R&D team.
3). Join customer visits with sales team on routine basis.
4). Prepare marketing collaterals like sales kits, application notes, etc.
Requirements:
1).Master degree or above.
2). At least 2 years relevant technical support experience.
3). Have good interpersonal communication and coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability.
4). Familiar with line, cable (connections) industry product market, have the corresponding product design or sales experience, understand the mainstream industry technology.
5).Fluent in written and oral English.
岗位职责：
1)提供技术支持，帮助开发和赢得新业务。
2)识别并帮助定义新产品，以满足从收集客户、定义关键客户需求到新产品导入的新需求，他/她将在客户、销售和研发团队之间扮演接口和催化剂的角色。
3)定期与销售团队一起拜访客户。
4)制作销售资料、申请笔记等营销宣传品。
要求：
1)硕士及以上学历。
2) 2年以上相关技术支持工作经验。
3)具有良好的人际沟通协调能力，分析解决问题的能力。
4)熟悉线缆(连接器)行业产品市场，有相应的产品设计或销售经验，了解行业主流技术。
5)流利的书面和口头英语。
