Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Take the responsibility of product management of pipetting semi-automation platform, pipette management software, cell counter, microplate reader include product launching, phase out, and upgrading, etc.
• Define and implement the product strategy by clearly understanding of market demands, provide sales tool to internal sales teams and VARs
• Develop key segments and create segment application tools for segment penetration, offer project support to sales team
• Exploring business growth opportunities, supporting sales and marketing teams to achieve customer penetration, win market share, and achieve annual sales goals
• Analyzing product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve product success with SBU and PO.
• Set up annual training plan and conduct training for internal sales teams and VARs

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements
• Education: Master degree or above in life science related majors, such as biology, biotechnology, etc.
• Working years: More than 3 years' experience related to product & marketing
• Professional skill
- Self-driven, proactive, innovative in working
- Good communication and coordination ability as well as team work spirit
- Good presentation and training skills
- fluent spoken English and excellent written communication skills
- be adapt to frequent business travel
