GENERAL FUNCTIONS
综合职能:
Develop casting business, engage in technical exchanges with commercial vehicle and construction equipment customers, and provide Consolidated Metco casting solutions.Travel is required.
开拓铸件业务，与商用车和工程机械客户进行技术交流，提供康迈铸件解决方案。需要出差。


PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责:
1.Provide proactive customer design support, engineering preparation and presentation acumen for new business, engineering changes and cost evaluation.
为新业务、工程变更和成本评估提供积极的客户设计支持、技术准备和情况介绍；
2.Proven track record and the ability to build successful relationships with Key Strategic Accounts.
可靠的工作业绩，与关键客户建立良好的人际关系
3.Collect and communicate market and customer product trends and associated future requirements with internal engineering team. Lead new material and product development and value-add capabilities for Consolidated Metco in China.
收集并传达市场和客户需求倾向，协调工程团队结合未来需求，进行新产品新材料开发，提升康迈产品在中国市场的价值；
4.Evaluate customers casting part requirement and communicate with customers technically. Drawing preparation and ECN release.
评估客户铸件产品需求，与客户进行技术沟通。图纸制作和释放。
5.Associate engineering programs management in China and be the filter to USA engineering groups for a one point contact.
协助管理工程项目，并积极与美国工程部沟通。
6.Work with manufacturing and engineering functions to create unique specifications and product
与生产和工程团队合作开发专有技术规范和产品；
7.Collaborate with various subject matter experts to deliver technical solutions to customers
与各方面专家合作，为客户提供技术方案；
8.Resource to Sales and Manufacturing personnel
与销售,工厂运营保持良好沟通;
9.Strong problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
善于分析解决问题，并具有优秀的细节关注能力；
10.Assist in technical training as required
协助技术培训。


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
知识，技术和能力需求:
1.5 years or more experiences in the industry of automotive.
五年及以上汽车行业相关工作经验；
2.Strong English speaking and writing skills.
优秀的英语听说读写能力；
3.Strong work ethic
良好的职业道德；
4.Automotive industry technical experience. Prefer commercial vehicle and construction vehicle chassis and axles background.
具有汽车行业技术工作经验，商用车/工程车底盘、车桥背景者优先；
5.Strong business development and customer communication skills. Ability to promote a positive and professional image of the organization.
优秀的业务开发和客户沟通能力；促进公司积极专业的发展。
6.Familiar with casting and machining process, has casting parts design experience, passionate about continuous product innovation
了解铸造和加工工艺，具有铸件产品设计经验，对产品持续创新充满热情。
7.Excellent team building skills working with sales and manufacturing.

8.Competency in computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Familiar with Pro/Engineer CREO.

9.Good public speaking/presentation skills required.

10.Willingness to travel.

11.Ability to manage multiple priorities.

WORKING CONDITIONS工作环境:

There will be some travel and entertainment of customers. Will be in an office environment the most of the time.
需要出差、拜访客户，其余时间为办公室办公；


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 教育/工作经历需求:

1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, prefer automotive or mechanical engineering.

工程专业本科以上学历，汽车或机械工程专业优先。
2.Strong communication skills (collaboration, presentation, & proposal generation)

良好的沟通能力（沟通，陈述，建议）
