Responsibility:

• Handling customer complains about the failure analysis of customer 0km and warranty
returns, providing warranty service (re-flash at customer site if needed), failure analysis
lab management, on-site technical support if needed.
处理客户投诉的0km故障分析和售后退货，提供质保服务（如有需要需在客户端重现故
障）；故障分析实验室管理，如有需要现场技术支持。
• Ensures the quality system meets customer and company requirements, develops
complex quality programs, methods, and/or systems that ensure problem identification
and resolution and drives continuous improvement. Main process is dealing with
customer complaint.
确保质量体系满足客户和公司要求，开发复杂的质量程序、方法和/或体系，确保问题的识
别和解决，并推动持续改进。主要过程是及时处理客户投诉。

Task:
工作职责：
• Responsible to define Process Control plan, inspection work instruction, Q-alert and
product audit work instruction.
负责制定过程控制计划，检验作业指导书，质量警告和产品审核作业指导书。
• Responsible for process quality control, risk identification process quality.
负责过程质量控制，过程质量风险识别。
• Participate in continuous improvement of product quality and process quality.
参与产品质量和工艺质量的持续改进。
• Perform regular data collection and statistics for the production and provide
improvement advices to the team accordingly.
定期收集和统计生产数据，并为团队提供改进建议。
• Participate in the development of compliance with the provisions of the control plan,
understand the drawings and engineering specifications in the process of testing
procedures for control requirements and measurement system.
参与制定符合标准的控制计划，了解图纸和工程规范在测试过程中的控制要求和测量系统
的程序。
• Organizational Review Control Plan, Inspection Guidelines, Operational Guidelines, etc.
Daily on-site audit to check the actual production process is correspondence with the
process requirements.
组织评审控制计划，检查指南，操作指南等日常现场审核，检查实际生产工艺是否符合工
艺要求。
• Focus on manufacture process non-conformity, and organize problem analysis and
improvement measures formulation.
关注制造过程不符合项，组织问题分析和改进措施的制定。
• The other relevant work arranged by QM.
质量经理安排的其他相关工作。

Specialist qualifications:
专业要求：
• Bachelor's degree preferred in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical
or Industrial Engineering.
机械、电气或工业工程等工程专业本科以上学历。
• Over Five years related experience in Auto manufacturing or with an automotive supplier
in an engineering capacity.
5年以上汽车制造或汽车供应商工程相关经验。
• Familiar with IATF16949, QMS, audit and surveillance process.
熟悉IATF16949、质量管理体系、审核和监督流程。
• Working knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, PQP, etc)
掌握核心质量工具(APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, PQP等）。
• Additional leadership experience in the areas of Operations, Manufacturing, or Quality.
在运营、制造或质量领域有额外的领导经验。
• Oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
普通话及英语说写流利。
• Ability to cope with multiple complex situations daily and open to work with cross
function.
能够应对日常多种复杂情况，并能接受跨部门工作。
