1.Maintain good relationships with existing clients and brand partners

2. Operate as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to brand accounts

3.Lead the onboarding process of new brands

4.Work effectively with relevant internal teams (sales, marketing) to drive results and

meet deliverable deadlines

5.Stay up to date with all sales data and sales performance

6.Work across several internal depts to compile weekly & monthly client reports

7.Present decks and reports to clients

8.Understand client needs and effectively manage expectations (both internally and externally)
