Responsibility:

• Responsible for supporting the Dandong Organization in directing, maintaining,
developing, and implementing IATF16949 across the whole Manufacturing Facility.
负责支持丹东组织在整个制造工厂指导、维护、发展和实施IATF16949。
• In charge of overseeing the Quality Management System and reporting to the Quality
Manager.
负责监督质量管理体系并向质量经理汇报。
• Will lead in documentation control of all Manufacturing Certifications.
领导所有制造认证的文件控制。

Task:
工作职责：
• Build up, maintain and update database for various activities and reports;
建立、维护和更新各种活动和报告的数据库。
• Update and maintain complaint/claim on the CatsWeb database.
更新和维护CatsWeb数据库中的投诉/索赔。
• Manage Documentation Center, and ensure the right distribution, withdrawal and
updating all management system (ISO14001, IATF 16949, etc.) documents
管理文件中心，确保所有管理体系（ISO14001, IATF 16949等）文件的正确分发、提取和
更新。
• Support the Quality Organization in releasing and maintaining all certification issues (per
IATF 16949, ISO14001, etc).
支持质量组织发布和维护所有认证问题（根据IATF 16949, ISO14001等）。
• Will be a lead auditor for ISO/TS16949 certification of the Quality Organization.
将担任质量组织ISO/TS16949认证的主审核员。
• Providing know-how of software applications to all Quality staff.

• Handling day-to-day problems and other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager.
处理质量经理安排的日常问题和其他任务。
• Coordinate with the Quality Manager in weekly and monthly reporting documents.

Specialist qualifications:
专业要求：
• Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
• At least 1-2 year experience with working knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949,
ISO14001 etc. Should have a strong background knowledge in Quality Management
Systems or Business Management System.
至少1-2年的工作经验，了解IATF16949, ISO14001等，有较强的质量管理体系或企业管理
体系背景知识。
• Oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
普通话及英语说写流利。
