• Responsible for process of series production of Automotive speaker manufacturing

• Responsible for trail run of new product introducing in production line
该岗位负责所在线体的新产品试制

Task:

• Ensure process stability of responsible production line
确保所负责线体的过程稳定
• Organize the internal sample ,trail run and production
组织内部新产品试制
• Set up and update the process control documentation ,such as Flowchart , PFMEA , Work instruction
建立并更新过程控制文件，如过程流程图，PFMEA，作业指导书
• Lead team to Analyze and resolve the production problem
主导对过程问题进行分析并解决
• Continue improvement of the process
过程的持续改善
• Standardize the production process
规范生产流程
• Set up and maintenance the process routing in SAP system in time
在SAP系统中建立并维护工艺路线

Specialist qualifications:
专业要求:
• College degree or above
本科及以上学历
• At least 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering background
至少3年以上的工程背景经验
• Knowing well IATF16949 and VDA6.3
熟悉IATF16949及VDA6.3
• Know well the process flow of new project development in automotive in priority
熟悉汽车行业新项目开发流程
• Good internal communication skill
良好的内部沟通能力
• Knowing well SPC,CPK,PPK statistic technology
熟悉SPC，过程能力统计技术
• Know well Quality Tool
熟悉质量工具
