岗位简述：
Execute and check general leger accounting reporting, finish monthly closing with the objective of ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, accounting principles and standards within TE's corporate policies and procedures.


工作内容：
Routine Costing Related Works
(1) Set up standard cost timely
(2) Update sample project budget and tracking debit note charge by project
(3) Weekly report prepare and analyzing and correcting error timely (PPV, Mat. Usage Var.)
Mthly Closing Process & Works After Mth Ending
(1) Data prepare(Mater master/Routine/Std cost);
(2) Reconciliation for special issue order E system and SAP booking;
(3) Mth ending booking(HC share adj/special issue order adj/Debit memo/Subcontract tooling adj etc)
(4) PPV program and analysis
(5) Mth ending report prepare(COGS/Scrap/EH/Mat.usage etc)
(6) Push PJE to issue DN for sample closed items and mthly clear up other AR/AP timely
(7) Prepare subcontract over-consume material cost charge back;
(8) Timely inventory reconciliation in SAP;
(9) CPU Mth ending timely and analzying PNs +-30% vs std cost.
Monthly Actual Costing Process
(1) Complete actual costing program process after Hyperion finalized;
(2) Prepare CPU report in time and analyzing abnormal items
(3) Deep dive analyzing project CPU to support cross function request
Annual Re-cost supporting
(1) Collect actual freight & burdon for reference of next fiscal year MBFR set up
(2) Std cost YOY change analysis and push for error correction
Others assignment
(1) Mthly cost change data prepare for getting approval
(2) Physical Cycle count
(3) Mthly inventory scrap request analyzing and prepare summary to management approve
(4) Prepare WIP/Open PO/GRIR aging report and tracking to close in time

2 year finance experience
Understanding of China GAAP
