Job Duties:
1. Work with clients to define their business requirements (Power BI field) and support in creating technology solutions to meet these needs.
2. Analyze and design new business processes and process flows.
3. Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.
4. Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
5. Participate in preparing client workshop materials and conducting technology demonstrations on requirement topics of interest
6. Be accountable for a defined work product as part of the project team, providing guidance to the others.
7. Manage work in such a way that the results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client in terms of improving competitive position.
8. Serving as a contributor or subject matter expert on consulting projects.


Required Skills
1. 3+ years Power BI based business system or product development experience.
2. Ability to analyze and design business processes.
3. Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community.
4. Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.
5. Ability to remove business-related impediments raised by the team.
6. Flexible to learn new skills for documenting requirements and managing them.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Able to travel and work on client site.
9. 3+ consulting experience in business processes design and in business requirements. pharmaceutical sales and commercial domain experience preferred
