工作内容
1 全面负责公司在中国区的战略规划和业务发展，制定并实施年度经营计划和目标；
2 组建并管理高效团队，提升团队凝聚力与执行力，确保业务目标的顺利达成；
3 拓展与深化与政府、行业协会、合作伙伴等各方关系，提升公司品牌影响力；
4 监督公司在中国区的日常运营，确保合规经营，降低风险；
5 负责招聘、培养和管理公司高层管理团队，为公司持续发展提供人才保障。

理想的求职者
1 十年以上医药行业或相关领域工作经验，五年以上高层管理经验，具备创新药公司中国区总经理或同等职位经验；
2 医学，药学，生物学博士；
3 具备大型国际制药公司，国内创新药公司的实际研发管理经验；
4 有投融资等经验更好；
5 对创新药市场有深入了解，具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力；
6 具备优秀的沟通、协调和谈判能力，能够妥善处理各种复杂关系；
7 具备强烈的责任心和使命感，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。
