BASIC FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for payments across Asia Pacific region, including electronic payment and manual payments.
- Responsible for FX payment documentation and communication with banks
- Cooperate with local finance team and partnership banks for funding arrangement
- Comply with company policies related to payments; strictly follow company payment approval authorities.
- Information exchange with related departments and colleagues
- Ad-hoc project related to treasury field

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1-year's solid experience in related field, previous experiences in a share service or a regional center is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle crisis calmly.
- Quick learner and willing to share knowledge and help others.
- Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill.
- Excellent team player and self-motivating.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Be a professional, maintaining high standards and discipline in the work.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
