SUMMARY
The Brand Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the Brand
Marketing function in all efforts to develop and implement brand marketing
strategy in Greater China and Southeast Asia (GCSEA) region, amplify brand
visibility and promote Ralph Lauren’s corporate identity and mission. This role
requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet
tight deadlines, and creative problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Brand Marketing Manager in the elaboration and definition of GCSEA
brand marketing direction/strategy/calendar and ensuring high quality execution.
* Co-work with PR, Social, merchandising and EC team on product marketing
campaign planning and execution.
* Implementation of subsequent action plans of key brand campaigns, grand
events, etc. and prepare recap to evaluate the impact of brand campaigns.
* As a support role for brand content creation and local assets development.
* Contribute to internal communication sharing.
* Conduct recap reports or any other reports/competitor reviews assigned.
* Brand marketing budget maintenance and payment/contract management.
Requirements
* Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the field of Marketing or
Communications.
* Luxury and/or Fashion industry background with a similar role is a plus.
* Strong communications skills both verbal and written in English.
* Excellent proactivity, follow-through, and follow-up practices.
* Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work
under specific timelines and fast-paced environment.
* Must be highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail.
* Excellent team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or relevant field.
