岗位职责:
-保证人力资源部工作的高效运行,确保公司政策和程序得到严格的执行。
-Ensure efficient running of the Human Resources Division, strict implementation adhere to company's policies and procedures.
-协助确保门店的政策符合凯吉思的人力资源政策和程序。
-Assists in making sure that the outlet is adhering to all Cages Policies and Procedures.
-确保所有员工了解并遵守凯吉思和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、危险和安全的制度。
- Ensures that staffs follow all Cages and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security.
- 保证凯吉思的通知得到有效的传达。
- Ensures the effective dissemination of corporate notifications.
- 确保员工了解所有门店内部的规章和制度,并很好地执行。
-Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to staffs and implemented.
- 及时反馈员工意见调查的结果并确保相关改变得到执行。
-Feedback the results of the Employee Opinion Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
-确保政府规定的有关员工方面的法规得到严格的遵守和执行。
-Assists in making sure that government-stipulated staff legislation is strictly followed and implemented.
-与劳动部门以及劳动部门劳动法专员保持沟通,以深刻理解本地的劳动法规。
-Communicates with labour offices and labour-law specialists, and have a thorough understanding of the local labour law.
-提供关于员工职业发展、私人问题、职业相关问题、员工不满和违纪惩罚等发面的咨询。
-Counsels staffs in career prospects, personal issues, job related issues, grievance, discipline, etc.
-确保所有员工记录得到及时更新(包括员工年假记录,出差和病假情况)
-Ensures that all staff records are kept up to date (including staff annual leave, business trips, medical leave).
-负责员工福利和薪酬的管理。
-Responsible for the administration of staff benefits and salaries.
-负责所有员工的假期管理。
-Responsible for all leave administration.
-协助年度工资和福利的调查及人员编制。
-Assists with Annual Salary and Benefits Survey,and Manning Guide.
-有效管理门店员工福利项目,确保员工福利在本地市场的相关性和竞争力。
-Manages outlet staff welfare programme, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.
-负责所有人事档案的安全和更新,包括外籍人员的档案。
-Responsible for the security and upkeep of personnel files including foreign national employee files.
-监督门店的招聘和挑选程序,为总经理提供招聘方案以适应市场变化。
-Oversees CSC recruitment and selection process, providing GM with effective and efficient recruitment solutions to shifts in local market .
-进行面试并与相关部门经理协调招聘活动。
-Conducts interviews and co-ordinates recruitment activities in liaison with the respective Heads of Department.
-对所有辞职员工进行离店面谈,并将结果反馈给部门经理。
-Conducts Exit Interviews for all resigned employees and provide feedback to Heads of Department.
-协助部门经理汇集和执行所有员工沟通方面的资料和活动。
-Assists Heads of Department with the compilation and implementation of all staff communications.
