Responsibilities：
Perform project management and communicate project status to project steering
Prepare project final deliverables
Manage client relationship in the project, attend major interaction with the client and final presentations
Monitoring of different working streams and different projects simultaneously
Participate in initial BD activities (workshops, event participation, articles, proposal writing support)
Provide intellectual leadership or industry expertise for the whole team
Initiate and manage internal improvement projects
Team member development capabilities
Mentor/trainer for juniors
Conduct project team appraisals for project performance review in cooperation with project steering


Requirement:
Bachelor or above degree from top-tier universities.3-5 year full-time working experience in research, analysis and internal strategy
Priority for having retail training experience
Fluent in speaking and written English
Excellent analytical skills and preciseness
Experience in handling projects or whole work stream packages in larger projects
Broad understanding of economic concepts, tools and terminology
Efficient time management
