Objectives and Responsibilities：


1） Understanding customer needs, product debugging and optimization, participating in product improvement and innovation
深入了解客户需求，并进行产品调试与优化，参与产品改进与创新
2） Assisting with product management tasks such as market analysis and defining development directions协助和支持进行产品管理工作，如市场分析、发展方向定义等
3） Formulating development plans for products负责或协助制订主管产品的发展规划，并贯彻或推动其达成
4） Solving technical issues, providing technical support 解决产品技术问题与提供技术支持
5） Collaborating with the sales team to achieve annual sales targets与公司相关销售团队配合，共同达成部门产品的年度销售指标
6） Preparing technical and business materials for new products or new product applications新产品或产品新应用相关所有技术或商务资料、文件准备
7） Conducting product-related training and knowledge sharing, summarizing and providing feedback负责产品相关的培训与知识分享，及总结与反馈等工作
8） Serving as the company's contact point to collect and analyze product-related issues, and responding to customer inquiries with formal answers organized through internal team communication作为公司的联系窗口来收集、分析产品相关的问题，然后与内部团队成员交流，之后以组织的正式答案来回复客户的问题
9） As well as completing tasks assigned by managers上级领导所分配的相关任务


Experience, Competencies & Qualifications：
1） Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or thermal energy fields, at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience本科以上学历，电气、机械、热能等优先；至少3~5年相关工作经验
2） Strong independent work ability, strong teamwork skills较强的独立工作能力和较强的团队合作意识
3） Be good at communication, project timing follow-up, Multi-task processing. Can work under pressure良好的沟通交流能力、项目进度管控跟进能力，能同时处理多项任务，能在压力下工作
4） Be proficient with the office software Like MS-office, CAD/(Solidworks, CATIA, UG)
熟练使用MS-office等常用办公软件，会使用CAD软件/(如Solidworks, CATIA, UG等)者优先
5） Willingness to travel 能适应出差
6） Understand the quality system, have a certain foundation of explosion-proof knowledge, and have a certain understanding of relevant standards and products in the EHT or cable industry了解质量体系，拥有一定的防爆基础知识，有一定对电伴热或电缆行业相关标准及产品等知识的了解
