JOB DESCRIPTION:

Process orders：Prepare, process and monitor orders/projects
-Follow up on ORF/ Request for Quotation (RFQ)
-Place orders/enquiry to supplier.
-Prepare quotations and sales orders/spare parts
-Responsible for shipping arrangements including importation of goods
-Responsible for supplier invoice approval and payment applications (in line with signature regulations)

Cash flow：Monitor cash flow
-Create overview and update order related cash flow
-Monitor incoming payments from customers and plan outgoing payments to suppliers as part of cash flow planning


Administration：Handling administrative processes within Order Processing/Spare Parts
-Maintain “Order processing System” (ERP System if applicable) for orders
-Monitor all commercial aspects, e.g. L/C opening/expiry
-Job calculation
-Order Closure


JOD REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
-Commercial education.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
-Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
-Experience with ERP Systems (e.g. Navision) preferred.
-Good written and verbal English skills and Mandarin skills.
-Working well under pressure.
-Working accurately and self-reliantly.
-Team and disciplined working spirit.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Readiness to travel on short notice.
-To assist on ad hoc tasks or project as required by management.
