1.复核费用报销及临时借支的用途、金额和批准手续;
2.合理安排资金,及时办理银行存款、取款和转账结算等业务;
3.现金提取和保管工作;
4.发票的开具、整理及归档工作;
5.每月凭证装订工作;
6.会计档案管理工作,及时更新会计档案管理清册;
7.严格执行公司的财务制度;
8.完成领导交办的其它任务。
要求:细心认真,具备良好的沟通能力,有较强抗压能力; 具有会计初级职称优先,能熟练运用办公软件; 有外企财务工作经验优先;为人诚实可靠。
