• Support to solve the machine issues of speaker production main lines or cells.

• Tracking the performance of preventative and predictive maintenance the review and update tasks.
跟踪预防性和预见性维护的执行情况，审核和更新任务。
• Implement continuous improvement for manufacturing equipment’s automation and flexibility.
对生产设备的自动化和灵活性进行持续改进。
• Spare parts management.

Task:
工作职责:
• Respond for root cause analysis and take effective actions for emergency maintenance.
响应根本原因分析，并采取有效措施进行应急维护。
• Effectively implement preventative and predictive maintenance plan and update the tasks according
to the machines performance.
有效执行预防性和预测性维护计划，并根据机器效能更新任务。
• Meet KPI targets, such as machines downtime rate, MTTR and MTBF, etc.
达到KPI目标，例如机器停机率，MTTR和MTBF, etc.
• Support for new models introduction to meet project schedule.
支持新型号的引进以满足项目进度。
• Carry out CIP activities and support to optimize equipment’s automation and flexibility.
执行持续改进活动并支持优化设备的自动化和灵活性。
• Involve in machine installation, debugging and commissioning of new machine, new cell and new
line.
参与新设备以及新生产线的安装、调试及试运行。
• Spare parts management, such like defining the classification, safety stock quantity, max. And regular
checking
备件管理，例如定义类别，安全库存数量，最大库存量。以及定期盘点

Specialist qualifications:
专业要求:
• 3+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance background, Bachelor degree or
above education background.
本科或以上学历, 3年以上机电维修经验。
• Solid knowledge on machine preventative & predictive maintenance and machine CIP.
扎实的机器预防性和预测性维护知识和机器CIP知识。
• Be good at PLC programing and use PLC monitoring for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
熟练掌握PLC编程和会利用PLC进行故障诊断及排除。
• Good communication skill and team player.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• Foreign capital enterprise experience, English listening, speaking, reading and writing is pluses
有外资企业经验,英语可以作为工作语言
• Machines design or development experience is pluses.
有机械设计或开发经验
• Knowledge or experience for the application of Robot, vision inspection system, servo driving system,
VFD controller and device net filed bus.
具备机器手臂、视觉检查系统、伺服驱动控制系统、变频器控制和设备网络现场总线的应用知识或经验。
