Position Summary:
To take care production equipment maintenance and engineering project to focus on Safety/ Quality/Cost improvement and new products introduction on equipment.

Key Responsibility (主要职责):
1． Develop new equipment / spare parts / fixtures and new process towards on improvement of Safety /Quality / Cost /Delivery in responsible production area.
2． Collaborate with Electrical engineer/Digitalization engineer/Process engineer to make sure the machine or device more smart and focus on continuous improvements.
3． Define and conduct maintenance plan in responsible area to achieve the KPIs for safety/quality / efficiency /shrinkage/ Cost /delivery, and take improvement actions in case of any deviations.
4． Responsible for the compile and training of the documentations related to production maintenance and equipment operation, such as maintenance plan/Working instruction for maintenance or repairing.
5． Provide technical training and consulting for setters to improve their skills in maintenance and repair.
6． Engineering project management to fulfil timelines and costs as well as the efficiency & safety & quality.
7． New products introduction based on DTM&DTC ( Design to Manufacturing & Design to Cost ) mindset and industrialization skills.
8． Implement OE (7S, TPM, Lean, etc.) activities in responsible area.

Qualification (任职者要求):
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in mechanical & Engineering
2. 3 years or above of experience in manufacturing maintenance or equipment design & operation
3. essential knowledge and skills: mechanical design, mechanical maintenance knowledge,
4. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Project management,
5. TPM, LEAN, English
