Job Scope:
1.Responsible for the application engineering of bar & plate air-cooler products/aluminum HEX products, effective communication with US and staff
2.Sizing & costing the product according to customer requirements,
3.Draft, check and confirm the technical agreement with customer, including design validation plan.
4.Co-ordinate/communicate with designer who make customer and production drawing, check and approve drawings.
5.Actively involved in prototype making and design validation testing process, solve problems on field.
6.Sales support and training.
Responsibilities:
1.Get proposal for RFQ from sales, work out the quote (by working with cross-functional group, i.e. sourcing, manufacturing, and quality).
2.Communicate with customer to confirm the technical spec., sign the technical agreement,
3.Follow the process in prototype making.
4.Solve any issues for prototype testing on customer site Collect competitor info.
5.Provide technical training to sales guys
6.Visit customer if needed

Education and Experience:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, Thermal/Mechanical Engineering
2.Minimum 5 years related application & design experience in bar & plate air cooler, including refrigerant air dryers, air compressor, diesel and gas engine radiators etc. Strong technical background in relating area.
