Job Description
工作职责
1.To assist the account manager with necessary actions for business & project development, including the solutions proposal, sample collection, benchmark and quotation, etc.
协助客户经理开发业务及项目，制作产品推荐、项目提案、样品收集、开发和生产比价等。
2.To understand the design and technical drawing and brief the factories in technical perspective, to arranging samples before mass production.
理解设计效果和图纸要求，在工艺可行性角度与工厂沟通，推进产品打样。
3.To submit the workflow application in online system for procurement, payment, invoicing etc.
完成线上系统采购、付款、开票等流程申请。
4.To monitor progress of bulk production to assure the delivery in time. To prepare the documents for delivery when production finished and quality inspection passed.
监督生产进度，确保及时交货；在生产完成后准备相关文件，安排货物入仓。
5.Traveling to factories or clients’ warehouse to solve the issues to keep projects on track.
根据项目需求出差工厂或交货地点现场检验产品品质，处理品质和交付异常。
6.To participate trade fair to explore more factories also collect new concept and new technology for gift and pack industry.
参加行业展会，开发新工厂，捕捉收集行业新设计、新工艺、潮流新设计等。
7.To collect procurement data quarterly and yearly to make report and submit to team assistant for summarizing.
整理季度和年度采购数据，配合部门助理汇总业务报表。
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
完成采购经理安排的其他工作。
Qualification:
任职资格：
1.Bachelor holder with major in supply chain management, engineering, commercial trade or other relevant.
理工科本科学历，供应链管理、工程类、商业贸易等相关专业。
2.At least 3 years working experience in trading company or in sourcing agency, preferable experience of supporting the brand owners with gift and packaging products.
贸易公司或者广告公司三年以上工作经验，具有礼赠品、印刷包装产品经验者优先。
3.Abundant knowledge in various materials for promotional products, such as paper printing, hardware, plastic, glass & ceramic, wooden crafts, textiles & leather, gift pack, etc.
熟悉常见促销品的各种材质工艺，包括五金塑胶、玻璃陶瓷、竹木制品、纺织品、礼盒包装等。
4.Skilled in potential quality control to lower the quality risk in product R&D stage.
有丰富的产品品控经验，对于产品有一定的风险预判及风险规避。
5.Be familiar with merchandising process from sampling to logistics.
熟悉采购跟单操作流程，熟悉货物运输安排及相关注意事项。
6.At least CET-4 level, proficient in documents writing and reading.
英文四级水平以上，可熟练阅读和书写英文稿件。
7.Skillful in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
熟练操作MS 办公软件。
8.Honest and diligent, positive and open minded.
责任心强，团队精神，服从领导。
