We are seeking a candidate to oversee multiple IT projects for our client’s China & EU markets simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills to interact with business users and native Mandarin proficiency for reporting to headquarters. This role requires solid and strong project management experience in various types of IT projects, experience working in a global consulting firm, key account management. The candidate must know how to manage different stakeholders and drive multiple IT projects progress.
 Manage and oversee multiple IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

 Drive team members to communicate with business users to understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring IT projects meet business objectives.

 Be responsible for the development, execution, and monitoring of project plans, ensuring project teams follow established processes and standards.

 Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project progress.

 Communicate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to business departments, technical teams, and senior management.

 Be responsible for the allocation and optimization of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.

 Provide regular project progress reports to headquarters, ensuring transparency and timely feedback.

 Drive innovation in IT projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.

 Education:


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Work Experience:

At least 10 years of IT project management experience, with 3 or more years in a senior management position.

 Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Mandarin, capable of international business communication without barriers.

 Skills Required:

Strong project management skills and familiarity with various IT project types and lifecycles.

 Personal Qualities:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team spirit.

 Additional Requirements:

Prefer candidates with experience working in global consulting firms.
