Your Responsibilities: Define system requirement, key knowledge of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/OBC/PDU etc.)Technical evaluation and rating of supplier of power electronics Development and technically support of supplier nominationSupplier management to safeguard the power electronics Coordinate development partners to ensure the development activities of power electronics, e-drive and to coordinate with procurement, quality, planning and production to safeguard the project on schedule while meeting targets of technology, costs, quality etc.Define the release test (DV, PV etc.) with supplier, German development, review the test result, implement risk evaluation for abnormalities found during tests. Responsible for release of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/ OBC/PDU etc.) and support for the release of e-driveTechnical change management of power electronics Proving the fulfillment of system requirement and responsible for investigating the power electronics new technologies, market trend.
Our Requirements:
    1. Education: Master degree or equivalent (or higher) in the field of electrical engineering and automation, control engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
    2. English (fluent), Chinese and German (preferable)
    3. Several years of professional experience in system or electrical hardware development of high-voltage power electronics in the automotive industrials  
    4. Good knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE and deep knowledge of automotive inverter application, function and system design
    5. Experienced with automotive inverter development process
    6. Analytical, solution-oriented and structured way of working
    7. High degree of communication skills, team spirit
    8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
