Production Control Order Coordinator includes several activities: participate in cross functional work related to introduction of each part/component from R&D Sales Marketing to PRUs including Chassis/Engine/Cab/Transmission. Scania China will require development or multiple vehicles as well as significant volume to our domestic & abroad customers. In this role you will be involving into all sales order activities including Scania production systems training/using, order management, on time delivery, cooperation with different PRUs as a key connection point to satisfy customer needs/changes/complains etc.  

 

During project period this role also need to work with supply chain preparation of planning, inbound/expound transport, Factory and Line feeding processes. Your role and scope may changes according to the needs of the entire Logistics project.

·      Analyze impacts of vehicles design changes and sourcing plan on general level to identify investigation, changes needed and opportunities.

·      Responsible for coordinate vehicle’s introduction activities, strategies, process development, business cases, pre-studies. Sales Order place, distribute, track, confirm delivery time, transportation monitoring, order invoice and payment end to end following up and failure analysis.

·      Analyze impacts of sales marketing &RD plan and design changes to identify investigation, changes needed and opportunities with stakeholders.

·      Support production control activities, connected to product development introduction and supply chain readiness. Involve in production planning, outbound activities when needed.

·      Follow Scania China project milestones and prepare for decisions.

·      Consolidate supply chain planning and logistics input to business case calculations.

·      Cooperate with PRU(Chassis/Engine/Cab/Transmission) to proceed China Project achieve every target

·      SPS principles: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costs

·      Train and transfer knowledge to new members

·      Follow up tasks assigned by line manager.
