The Event Senior Officer will support the event team in developing and implementing marketing event plans, marketing & promotion campaigns, social media management and media relationship for the project.
What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Support Event Team in day-to-day management of marketing & promotion campaigns and social media contents
2. Execute marketing activities coordination and implementation
3. Coordinate event set up/printing / production jobs
4. Coordinate website, digital tools and other collaterals development and update
5. Evaluate campaign analysis reports / final reports
6. Sourcing on potential working partners, from media, agencies, tenants
7. Coordinate with venders and partners.
Who You’ll Work With
1. Working under the Marketing team, with manager and other internal teams such as design team, content curation team, CRM team, tenant relationship team and external venders & partners.
2. Working with PM team to make sure they provide event team with onsite operation & safety support.
Who You Are
Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a leading university, local or foreign. Marketing or marketing-related degree a plus but nor a must
2. Intermediate level of English skills (preferably in writing)
3. 3 years relevant experience in marketing event; preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping center marketing experience an advantage
4. Creative, detail-oriented, personal accountable, good communication & organizational skills and with good retail market sense
5. Show empathy and respect to colleagues, partners and clients
6. Optimistic and curious personality
7. Willing to work efficiently under pressure and irregular working hours
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
9. Proficient PC & MS Office software knowledge
10. Customer oriented and be able to understands and delivers on different customer segments and key stakeholder expectations
11. Be able to add value to the team by understanding the current business model and identifying what needs to be changed to deliver on value proposition
12. Be able to deal with obstacles and problem in a timely manner and work with others to generate creative and innovative solutions to deal with issues and problems that hinder performance
