Report to: Integration Director

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the factory.
2. Lead quality team to implement and maintain the effectiveness of quality and food safety system to ensure that company system meets the requirements of standard and regulations.
3. Organize internal audit and management review to the quality and food safety system, including corrective actions follow up and verification.
4. Ensure good hygienic practices in the factory. Improve quality control process in the production, control nonconforming products, identify root cause and lead corrective actions implementation, follow up the results and verification.
5. Responsible for product compliance check (RM/PM/labelling/marketing communication), RM/Semi-product/finish goods release, monitor regulation updates, interpretate all changes and train stakeholders if needed.
6. Participate in supplier’s management, responsible for onsite audit, evaluate supplier performance and assist purchasing team to set up quality specification.
7. Support quality system supervisor for the OEM clients audit and external contact of QA management related (local authority, customer, etc.)
8. Ensure laboratory personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians. Support laboratory supervisor on batch release, quality statistical analysis and testing method maintenance to ensure testing capacity meet the requirements.
9. Support quality complaint specialist on both inhouse and OEM products complaints, ensure all non-compliance issues are fixed.
10. Responsible for daily management of QA team and people development.
11. Any other task assigned by management team.

Qualification and Skills required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Food or other related disciplines;
2. Quality System Internal Auditor certificate preferrable;
3. Minimum 10 years working experiences in quality management in FMCG industry, familiar with quality system and experience in QA and QC management;
4. Strong ability of team management, good communication skills, able to influence people at all levels;
5. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
