工作内容
工作职责：
* 全面管理公司数字健康技术领域研发和项目管理工作,带领团队完成公司制定的产品研发目标；
* 规划公司的技术发展路线与新产品开发，及时了解和监督技术发展战略规划的执行情况；
* 负责重大技术项目的决策及方案审核，指导并参与核心代码的书写，组织解决项目开发过程中的重大技术问题；
* 有效带领技术研发团队，监督及指导研发部门的工作，保证项目顺利落地，建立并完善公司各项研发规范及流程；
* 了解行业新技术，新应用，并应用到公司产品研发和日常管理中，与其他部门协同沟通完成公司产品项目研发目标。

任职要求：
* 具有电子信息、计算机、机械、材料、生物等相关专业的学士，硕士或博士学位；
* 具备良好的沟通表达能力和英文文献阅读能力；
* 对智能穿戴，数字健康，生物医学工程相关的研究感兴趣 （心脏健康研究、睡眠呼吸暂停研究、血管健康研究、呼吸健康研究、女性健康研究等）
* 具有电路板开发，或嵌入式系统开发，或信号处理，或机器学习，或生物传感器研究等相关经验的优先考虑；
研究方向：
* 可穿戴传感设备的小型化与智能化
* 基于机器学习的智能医学健康信息处理与分析（读懂心跳心率，健康数据检测，呼吸睡眠研究，血管健康研究，血糖健康等）
* 柔性生物医学传感器开发
* 可穿戴传感设备在医疗健康领域的创新应用探索
