Major Responsibilities:
1. Support Store Operation

• Improve store operational procedure and workflow, making proposals, facilitating communication and monitoring implementation.

• Standardize and support store operational service.

• Store visit for process review or new projects
2. Coordinate Operational projects.

• Support and facilitate OP projects.

• Conduct initial market survey and analysis for OP project proposal.
3. Coach Store Operation Team

• Understand how store operation team support sales and service.

• Coach store operation team to improve technical ability and efficiency.
4. Facilitate tools productivity.

• Understand retail needs, Integrate and clean up tools on hand, offer and optimize technique solution.

• Support to launch and update HORSE platform and My Campus, digest into local language.

• Implement effective and purposeful training for new tools or processes.

• Work with the IT department to collaboratively develop new tools that can drive improved product and non-merchandise order and replenish automation.

Requirements & Capabilities:
• University degree or above

• 2 years well-traced working experience in operation field and is good at project management.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes.

• Self-driven, can work under pressure.

• Multitasking can meet deadlines.

• Ready for frequent travel

• Good oral and written English

• Good office software application (word, excel,PPT)
