Position Summary
Work under general direction of the Regional Sales Manager. Follow the trend of industry development in the region, responsible for Electrionics Microsopy, FIB, XRM and LSM sales in the target region. Leverage segment solutions to address customer painpoit, execute full coverage strategy, build KOL network, and achieve sustainable growth in the target region.
This position is work from home.

Requirements
Education
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Chemistry, Mechanical, Physics, Electronics or relevant preferred.

Experience
1、At least 8+ years of sales, and 3+ years experience of team leader. Working in microscope field is a plus.

Main Tasks
1、Ensure the development and implementation of the strategic business development and marketing goals in the respective zone in China.
2、Executes and meets operational and business objectives for each products line of profit center.
3、Manages and coaches sales engineers
4、Implements best practices,resource planning,marketing and market analysis, with in-depth reporting to RSM on all market findings
5、Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business,makes recommendations on pricing strategies
6、Develops,manages and optimizes appropriate distribution channel to contribute to smooth servicing of the local market and profitable growth
7、Establish customer database and supports CRM software use
8、Quotation and configuration validation
