Wolf HVAC is searching for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Manager (Shanghai).
Activities/ Tasks:
1. Responsible for sales in Shanghai. Major product is boiler but potentially for other products like ventilation.
负责上海区域的销售,主要是采暖锅炉系列产品,但也包括且不限于新风系统及其他系列的产品销售。
2. Development and implementation of sales strategy to achieve allocated territory sales goals and revenues
制定和实施销售策略及开发计划,实现区域销售目标和收入。
3. Assist dealers in sales work, including but not limited to product knowledge and sales skills training, promotion planning and implementation
协助经销商的销售工作,包括且不限于产品知识及销售技巧培训、促销活动策划与实施。
4. Collect customer data to maintain and update the company's customer database
收集客户数据以维护和更新公司的客户数据库。
5. Conduct market research as well as competitor and customer analysis
进行市场调查以及竞争对手和客户分析。
6. Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
在关键客户中与执行决策者建立有效的业务关系。
7. Cooperate with the Marketing Department to execute the marketing activity plan and other tasks assigned by the company's management team
配合市场部完成市场活动计划的落地实施,以及公司管理团队分配的其他工作。
8. Develop and organize the activity plans for sales realization for dealers and retailers
为经销商和零售商制定并组织销售落地活动计划。
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in heating, thermal energy and power, HVAC is preferred
大专及以上学历,供热、热能与动力、暖通空调专业优先。
2. Must have at least three years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
必须具备三年以上从事暖通行业销售经验。
3. Having HVAC dealer resources in Shanghai is preferred
有上海地区暖通经销商资源的优先考虑。
4. Living in Shanghai and familiar with the Shanghai market
居住在上海,熟悉上海市场。
5. Trustworthy, confident, creative and well-organized with a spirit of teamwork.

6. Aligning with the company's values

7. Good communication, negotiation, and execution
