Description

1. Responsible for undertaking the company's strategic and business objectives, driving the company's XR technology capability building, customer project technology implementation, R&D team efficiency improvement, and patent layout goals and indicators, and assuming the key responsibility

2. Responsible for planning the medium and long-term product and technology roadmap of the business group, in charge the overall planning of technology development and innovation in the business group, and driving and guiding the development of AR/VR/MR and related optical technologies.

3. Responsible for analyzing the current and future development of AR/VR/MR and related optical technologies, obtaining relevant technical information for implementing new products and technologies, and guiding the development of new products and technologies in the fields of optical research and development, testing, and materials.

4. Responsible for customer technical support, product technology promotion, and capturing new opportunities and technological needs, assisting the marketing team in technical marketing, and gaining customer trust.

5. Responsible for the organizational development, talent operation, team building, etc. of our department, to meet the needs of business talents.

Profile

1. Master's degree or above, with more than 10 years of work experience and more than 50 team management experience;

2. More than 8 years of experience in technology research and development and team management in the field of optics or VR/AR.

3. Have a pioneering vision, strong enterprising spirit, and innovative ability, firm confidence in the development of the VR/AR industry, and a long-term patient pragmatic spirit.

4. Possess rich R&D team operation and management skills, with successful practical experience in new business from scratch, good R&D promotion and communication skills, and strong customer orientation awareness.
