PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RESPONSABILITIES

•Define verification methods and test cases derived from system requirements, analysis and documentation

•Test structure and planning for internal and external Labs

•Test system design, fabrication, and operation

•Conduct test facility setup, execute the tests, issue the test reports with high quality, and support failure analysis for product development

•Work processes in above listed areas
INTERFACES INTERNAL/EXTERNAL

•You need to daily interact with the R&D teams in China and Sweden

•You need to interact with the external labs

•Your manager is the R&D manager in China
KEY COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•A practical approach to testing

•Experience from setting up test rigs and test methods

•Preferably you come from working with consumer products or other regulated and well-structured business areas such as for example the automotive industry, to get well trained and experienced on working process and documentation formality

•You have an academic degree within engineering

•Fluent in both written and oral English

•Competence within electronic testing is a plus

•Experience from working in an IATF certified company is a plus
PROCESS OWNERSHIP

•Test lab equipment management

•Regulatory competences and standards coordinator
