Technical Specifications
Prepare the technical specifications of equipment and process for the hot phase.
Equipment
Provide information and requirements to teams and suppliers in the upstream plant, recommending equipment configuration, layout, and features.
Quality
Ensure that procedures are well known, understood, respected, and improved as necessary; Identify and provide solutions for any procedural issues; Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action. Compile standards for raw materials of each procedure.
Optimization
Provide technical support to the operations to define and optimize operational procedures; Identify and implement value creation opportunities and process improvement projects; Compile and update FEMA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). Proficient with shaping controls of rolling machine and could resolve quality issues in processes through adjusting rolling parameters following the shapes of actual products.
AM Standards
Coach the local team on ArcelorMittal technology regulations; Coach the local team to reach ArcelorMittal’s production standards.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• In-depth understanding and solid practical knowledge about steel making & hot rolling product quality control processes
• Passionate about studying and coaching technics about steel qualities.
• Deep understanding of failure analysis methodologies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in metallic materials, material shaping, controls, etc
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in product quality and process management in hot rolling
