• The primary objective of Project Manager is to perform non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Own the projects including but not limited to business analysis, market research and process optimization…
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
• Requires people and resource management through others; part of cross-functional team required to complete the project.
• Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts.
• Responsibilities include:
1) Performing routine professional-based activities
2) Contributing to and managing projects align to business strategies
3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise
4) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• May lead the work of project teams and will often formally train junior staff.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Fluent in English, able to work with cross-region teams.
