1 Test Execution
1) 与内外部客户沟通，明确试验要求
Communication with internal or external customer to clear the test requirement
2) 跟踪确认车辆准备或滑车试验准备工作，如：白车身或门板加固
Confirm the vehicle prepare or sled test prepare such as BIW or door reinforcement
3) 试验跟踪及试验运行前最终确认
Test tracing and final check before test running
2 Software and program & Test Date process
1) 熟练应用相关的测试软件，并具备软件编程及程序修改的能力Proficient in the application of test software, and have the ability of software programming and program modification.
2) 对于法规、标准要求深入解读，掌握数据处理的计算逻辑和相关数据的分析能力。In-depth interpretation of regulations and standard requirements, and the ability to calculate and analyze the data.
3 Quality Control
1) 制定及优化试验流程和相关操作指导书Create and optimize test procedure and work instruction.
2) 跟踪测试法规及按照ISO17025的要求完成外来文件更新维护Follow test protocol update status and maintain the external update according to ISO 17025 requirement
4 Sustainable Development
1) 持续优化测试方法Keep optimizing test method
2) 在实验室内部开展培训和分享Do training and sharing in test lab
5 APS
1) 领导及参与workshop Lead and participate in workshop
2) JIDOKA 发现JIDOKA finding
3) 改善提案Kaizen finding
