RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

 Overall responsibility for technical JV strategy development goal, create project department goal, annual planning etc. responsible project cost control, cooperate with finance for annual budget planning.

 根据公司战略发展目标，制定项目目标、年度规划等，并对项目目标和费用进行合理管控，配合财务进行年度预算

 Direct and confirm the project planning & operation management, including project evaluation, cost control, progress control, quality, risk and purchasing management etc.

 监督并确认项目规划及运作管理等，包括项目评估、成本控制、进度控制、质量、风险及采购管理等

 Responsible for project management process and policy optimization, improve project efficiency, supervise and implement the project management decision.

 负责优化项目管理制度和流程，提高项目效率，监督及落实项目管理决策

 Responsible for critical project delivery on-site implementation, responsible for cost, progression, quality.

 负责公司重大项目交付实施现场组织管理，对项目成本、进度、质量负责

 Coordinate internal and external resources, promote project problem solving and quick acceptance.

 协调内外部资源，推动项目问题解决和快速验收

 Commit to continuously reducing the implementation cost and shortening the delivery cycle.

 致力于不断降低实施成本和缩短交付周期

 Guide and supervise the coordination relationship between the partners and B-ON various departments;

 指导并监督外部合作伙伴(含供应商及可能的地方政府)与公司各部门之间的协调关系

 Be responsible for timely handling major problems and emergencies of various projects to reduce losses.

 负责及时处理各项目出现的重大问题和突发事件，降低损失

 Be responsible for the summary of corresponding industry materials, the preparation of industry plans, the proposal of optimization plans, and properly support the pre-sales work.

 负责相应的行业资料的总结，行业方案的编写，优化方案的提出，适当地支持售前工作
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 任职资格
 Bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing or related subject

 本科或以上学历，机械制造或相关专业

 At least 10 years working experience with 3 years in a Project Management role

 至少10年工作经验，3年项目管理经验

 At least 1 complete product development & Launch experience from concept to SOP.

 从概念到SOP，至少有1次产品开发到量产的经验。

 Able to gain respect from and motivate teams across different regions and cultures

 能够从不同地区和文化的团队中获得尊重并激励他们

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels of the business

 优秀的沟通技巧和与业务各个层面的人良好合作的能力

 English can be working language

 英语可以作为工作语言

 Willing and able to travel

 Highly motivated and driven personality, leads from the front, can work independently
