Major Responsibilities:

？ Integrate activities within buying organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support

？ Responsible for supplier related quality issues（Internal & Warranty issue） for a range of purchased parts.

？ Coordinate and provide SQ training to suppliers

？ Develop and implement plans to achieve targeted objectives

？ Interprets, implement and administers Nexteer purchasing / SQSD practices, policies & procedures

？ ECR change management

？ Responsible for supplier run and rate management

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

？ High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems by 5-why,8-D problem solving tools, etc

？ High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

？ Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience

？ Demonstrated ability to work independently

？ Previous experience working with suppliers

？ Instructor/facilitator Experience

？ Experience in EMS process – SMD, Wave and Selective Wave solder processes, conformal coating, In Circuit and Final electrical function testing, x-ray inspection and AOI, in-line programming etc.

？ Experience in Electronics and Electrical components manufacturing (PCBs, discrete silicon components, relays, Bulk Capacitors etc.)

？ Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, facilities, and equipment.

？ Knowledge of IPC-610

？ Knowledge of ANSI ESD S20.20

Experience:

？ 3 years of quality management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus.

？ 5 Years experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
