Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the related standard of responsible raw material, control the requirements and deliver time of sourcing orders;
熟悉所负责原料的相关标准，并对采购订单的要求、交期进行掌控；
- Predict and track the marketing trend of fish feed raw materials, provide raw materials price tracking report monthly;
预测和把握鱼饲料原料市场的趋势，并提供月度原材料价格追踪报告；
- Control reasonable inventory and optimize economic inventory procedures, pay special attention to the critical raw materials and solve the abnormal cases with high efficiency;
库存的合理控制和经济库存程序优化，高效解决异常情况；
- Develop the raw material substitute of fish feed and achieve valuable purchasing;
鱼饲料原料替代品的开发，实现价值采购；
- Establish and optimize supplier management standard/system and coordinate with Quality Dept. to evaluate suppliers periodically；
供应商管理标准、体系的建立和优化，并与质量部门协作对供应商进行阶段式评估；
- Set up a long term and stable supply chain;
建立长期稳定的供应链；
- Design and optimize production and supply chain related logistic processes including inbound logistic, good receiving, production supply and outbound logistic
设计和优化与生产和供应链相关的物流流程，包括入厂物流、收货、生产供应和出厂物流；
- Work closely with Sales team for delivery arrangement and problem coordination
与销售团队紧密合作安排发货事宜及问题协调
- Estimate the logistics expense and control the logistics cost
物流费用的预估及物流成本控制
- Evaluate the logistics supplier based on the time and cargo arrive, change the unqualified supplier
根据运输时间、货物到达状态等对物流承运商进行考核，更换不合格的承运商
- Assist leader to complete the other sourcing related affairs.
协助领导完成采购相关的其他事务。

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above本科学历及以上
-Major in trade, biochemical, food or feed related areas
国际贸易、生物化学、食品或饲料相关专业
- 2-3 years sourcing experience in feed or food industry;
2-3年饲料或食品行业采购经验
- Working in the futures, food or feed industry is preferred;
有期货、食品或饲料行业工作经验者优先考虑
- Strong ability to solve the problems and can work independently;
较强的解决问题的能力并能独立完成工作
- Strong adaptability and team work spirit, down to earth and willing to learn;
较强的适应力和较好的团队协作精神，脚踏实地愿意学习
- Good English skill both written and oral.
