Technical Specifications
Establish a complete set of quality management systems, procedures, and standards by introducing international quality standards – ISO 9001, etc. Equipment
Provide information and requirements to teams and suppliers in the upstream plant, recommending equipment configuration, layout, and features.
Quality
Compile and revise the quality management processes, including procedures for raw material quality check, product quality inspection. Conduct quality checks to identify flaws/issues/problems in quality management and rectify the quality assurance & control processes.
Optimization
Identify and implement value creation opportunities and process improvement projects; improve on the quality control processes. Compile and update FEMA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
AM Standards
Coach the local team on ArcelorMittal technology regulations; Coach the local team to reach ArcelorMittal’s production standards.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• In-depth understanding and solid practical knowledge about the national and industry quality standards, quality, control and assurance systems, processes regarding metals.
• Proficient with quality analysis tools, quality systems and product control systems
• Passionate about studying and coaching quality management skills
• Deep understanding of failure analysis methodologies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferably in applied chemics and materials &engineering.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10years of working experience in steel making & hot rolling industries; at least 5 years in quality management of the whole process (steelmaking – hot rolling)
