Job Purpose and Impact
The Finance Manager will lead a team of accountants, finance professionals and other indirect staff, supporting the CRM business in China, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of day to day accounting activities. In this role, you will contribute to establishing and maintaining accounting policies and fiscal controls, as well as prepare financial reports and safeguard the organization's assets.
Key Accountabilities
-Execute moderately complex accounting policies and procedures.
-Lead all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations required to support the business.
-Coordinate accounting and middle office processes that are executed by other accountants.
-Apply substantial understanding of accounting practices and procedures to guide direct reports on creating technical accounting report packages.
-Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
-Minimum of six years of related work experience
-Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Two years of supervisory experience
-Experience with trading or derivatives will be plus
