Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for research & development dept.

• Communicate with global R&D partner for getting support from necessary location

• Build up engineering center to create local development competence

• Lead the dept. for development activities & motivation

• Lead overall program management for assigned initiatives

• Managing the service roadmap and its evolution

• Effectively interface with internal & external team

• Provide regular status & risk assessment to management team

• All department heads are responsible for all environmental health and safety management systems in the department;

• Ensure that necessary resources and personnel are provided within the department for the operation of the system

• Ensure that the personnel authorized by the HSE Management System have the appropriate qualifications

• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; ensure qualification, instruction and supervision of the team in the application of HSE processes, regulations and emergency procedures based on current risk assessments.

• Leadership by motivate (be example), qualify and train regularly related employees

apply improvement programs and monitor safe application

• Be responsible for all EHS related work in the department.


Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

Education/Major:

Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical design related subject
Experience:

At least 5 years experiences with product design & development and management experience

Experience with international company is preferred

Good experience in product development procedure

Certificates:
Knowledge & Skills:

Well know filtration & plastic part for automobile engine

Well Known APQP development procedure

With engine component development knowledge would be preferred
Foreign language:

Fluent in both written and oral English.

Computer ability:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Power Point, Excel);

• Know M+H management system, familier to PM related procedure and tools (MMS, x-SEP, CDB, TCF)
