Main Responsibility：

● Support on corporate governance matters, including effectively manage company registration matters of all companies and branches within Greater China per business needs, maintain and update the records of board meetings and resolutions.
● Assist with maintaining and updating seal& license & contract management and approval policies, SOPs.
● Draft, negotiate and advise on the contracts. Provide expert advice on legal and contractual matters, assisting the business to navigate complex issues and understand legal risks.
● Conduct due diligence investigations from the legal perspective towards the existing or potential key vendors of Amer China.
● Keep abreast of any new corporate laws and regulations and share the stakeholders with essential digests of the observations.
● Conduct legal study, analysis, and research on an ad hoc basis.
● Undertake other daily or project-based work as per request.

Requirements:

● University law degree and legal qualification. Overseas education background is preferred.
● A minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience of working in or for a consumer-facing brand is a plus.
● Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
● Sound analytical, communication and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to synthetize and communicate legal concepts to business team.
● A quick and flexible learner, intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, and excited by dynamic change.
● High standards, impeccable integrity and ethics.
