SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
• Provide pre-sales support for sales including Sales tool production, exhibitions/industry conferences or seminars and related marketing activities support.
为销售团队提供售前支持，包括销售工具制作，支持展会/行业会或学习班等市场活动
• Work closely with sales team to figure out customer needs and provide on-sit.
与销售密切合作，共同开发用户需求,并提供现场实时产品演示.
• Be the contact person for company sponsored regional academic research program and maintain relationship with local KOLs.
担任公司支持的学术项目的区域联络人,维护当地专家关系
• Implement strictly regional clinical education strategy to ensure that all application support service are under control and meet customer needs successfully
严格执行区域临床培训战略，以确保所有的应用支持服务都在控制之中，并成功地满足客户需求
• Responsible for equipment configuration and routine maintenance, provide customers with product application training at the equipment installation site.
负责设备装机后调试和日常维护，在设备安装现场为客户提供产品的应用培训
• During the use of customers, provide technical support and questions answer, solve customer instrument application problems and technical problems, handle customer complaints
在客户的使用过程中，进行技术支持和答疑，解决客户仪器使用问题和技术问题，处理客户投诉
• Support business departments to complete product principle explanations, demonstrations and trainings, visit customer regularly and track training effects, strengthen professional image of the company's brand through application training, assist the company's business development in China
支持业务部门完成产品原理讲解、演示和培训，定期回访，跟踪培训效果，以通过应用培训强化公司品牌的专业形象，助力公司在中国的业务发展
• Additional projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
• BA/BS degree or above with major in Clinical Medicine and Medical Imaging. Specialized in Ultrasound is a plus.
本科以上学历，临床医学和医学影像专业，超声方向优先。
EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years related working experience
3-5 年以上相关工作经验
• Working knowledge and professional experiences of Ultrasound
