BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks

- Develop and update timely for maintenance strategy (cover life span, incl. TAR) for the equipment under management; develop for spare part plan; purchase and trace the availability status of spare part; ensure completeness and correctness in SAP database；
编制并更新所管辖设备的维护策略 (全生命周期，含设备大修);制定备件计划，采购并关注备件的有效状态；保证SAP 设备数据的完整性和正确性。
- Provide sufficient support to maintenance team and technical lead field trouble shooting work per need ；
对现场维修团队提供充分的技术支持，根据需要作为技术负责人参与现场的故障消缺处理。
- Participate incidents investigation, compile root cause analytical report, trace the status of countermeasures implementation ；
参与系统事故调查，编写事故根本原因报告,追踪整改措施的落实。
- Responsible for the annual budget of unplanned maintenance and minor renovation of the equipment under management ；
负责所管设备的非计划检修及小型改造年度预算。
- Support asset owner operation unit to prepare annul capex cost estimation and project application; take role in the modification or capex project as assigned in the execution plan；
支持运行团队做好年度技术改造投资项目的预算和项目申报，按项目的执行计划担任相应的角色。
- Follow the safety responsibility requirement (see annex) and implement other tasks assigned by superior .
承担安全生产职责（见附页），按完成主管安排的其他任务。

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor and above, majors related to power generation, power supply system, and electric automation.
教育背景:本科及以上，发电、电力系统、电气自动化有关的专业。
- Working experience: At least 3 years working experience in large petrochemical enterprises with 110-220kV substation and 100MW power plant; Have experience in operation, maintenance and technical management of turbogenerator, diesel generator, storage battery, UPS/EPS/DC system.
工作经验:至少有三年有大型石化企业110~220kV变电站，100MW以上发电厂工作经验；对汽轮发电机、柴油发电机、蓄电池、UPS/EPS/DC系统有运维及技术管理经验 。
- Preferred for applicant with National Registered Electrical Engineer Certificate.
专业技能及资质: 有国家注册电气工程师证，优先考虑。
- Required to be familiar with Microsoft Office Software, Preferred if familiar with SAP , or familiar with electrical analysis software program like ETAP.
熟练使用Microsoft Office 软件; 熟悉SAP ，或ETAP 等电气分析者优先考虑。
- English Skill：Able to read, write and speak in English fluently. Least able to read the technical file related to EPS discipline .
英语技能：良好的英文读写和交流能力，至少能阅读供电系统专业相关的文档。
