1. Provide day to day HR support and act as business partner to related functions.
2. Recruit candidates for open positions on time, including CV screening (for blue collars), candidate interview, communication with hiring managers and offer negotiation.
3. Handle new employee on board procedure, maintain all data to SAP HRP (for leasing employees), arrange new employee orientation, follow up new employee induction process.
4. Organize internal and external training for all employees (for white collars, with support from CN learning team). Provide employees who will have overseas training with administrative support. Provide line managers with support of training coordination, skill matrix setup and training records review.
5. Organize employee activities and company events to promote Brose culture and principles.
6. Organize employee communication and meeting with leadership on a regular base. Conduct employee satisfaction survey and propose actions that may help improve satisfaction rate.
7. Assist HR Manager to develop or revise HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
8. Assist HR Manager to conduct performance appraisal and make summary and analysis of the result to continuously motivate employee to achieve higher performance.
9. Assist HR Manager to deal with labor dispute case and work injury case when needed.
10. Other HR related project or activities when needed.
Good experience on recruitment, training and staffing. Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, experiences on solving employ relation case. Good communication and presentation skill, strong team and inter-person skills. Quick learning, pro-active and willing to work under pressure. Familiar with HR system, such as SAP HRP. Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
