Position Summary:
1. Responsible for End2End supply chain planning activities under Commercial Gr.China or other assigned Commercial site, not limited but including plan demand, execute PO, track inbound, and trace demand;
2. Manage demand plan with Sales & Marketing team for best forward visibility, not only but including market analysis, phase-in-phase-out management, revenue projection;
3. Manage integral inventory levels for assigned portfolio or region to achieve availability target, not limited but including intake generation by considering demand and existing pipeline, decide when & what to replenish;
4. Report key metrics for area of (out of stock, over stock, inventory turns), identify risk and mitigation plan by collaborating with related functions;
5. Compile and analyze assigned KPI and identify areas of improvement. Work with functional execution team to optimize operation process;
6. Support for internal & external audit such as TS16949;
7. Support for internal SC project assignment.


What You Will Do:
1. Monthly basis, generate sales forecast in SKU level for next 18 months horizon and align revenue proposal with Commercial Management team. Load and manage aligned demand plan in IBP system for Global SIOP process;
2. According to aligned demand plan, set up and manage intake/stock netting process in IBP system down to SKU level. Timely handshake with supply sites for proper material preparation;
3. Based on intake result / other demand signal, add/reduce Purchase Order with internal / external supplier, daily follow up with supplier & other functional team for a timely availability;
4. Monthly inventory projections, deviation analysis, identify action & improvement plan & follow up;
5. Weekly align supply risk with both supply & demand side, make proper escalation to Management;
6. Monitor and manage master data in SAP and IBP in timely and high quality manner;
7. Monthly review slow and non-movers with Sales & PM, align & track each action;
8. Manage continuous improvement plan within area of supply planning.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
• 3+ years of experience with multi-national enterprises in supply chain planning function;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system;
• Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Excel, good level of Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Excellent in inter-personal skills, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
