Principle Job Accountabilities 工作职责：
1. Work as key assistant of EHS manager and EHS expertise person for defined area and or responsibilities to provide relevant EHS support to achieve the defined EHS target & legal compliance.
2. Support and participate in relevant risk analysis of operation safety such as Plausibility Check, SWOT Analysis, Avoidance of Explosion, MOC, JSRA (JHA), PSSR, HAZOP etc. check the quality of it and ensure all are implemented.
3. Conduct regular and/or routine EHS inspection on site to supervise the implementation of EHS related requirements and to provide EHS advice to operation & engineering when necessary.
4. Draft or develop EHS related procedure as required, i.e. work permit, incident reporting and RCA, process safety management etc.;
5. Conduct relevant EHS training and/or audit as planned regularly or as required based on site situation and Reckitt Global EHS Standards.
6. Provide EHS support for work permit control which include inspection and supervision of the implementation of this procedure and defined specific work permit.
7. Support for contractor work site when necessary, i.e. new project and maintenance/repair activities etc.
8. Support for fire-fighting, emergency drill and training when necessary.
9. Familiar with safety, Dual System and ISO45001/ISO14001combination system &Reckitt EHS Standards and support for relevant work when necessary, i.e. annual self-assessment, Internal Audit, supervise the implementation.
10. Support EHS activities such as EHS campaign, Weekly topics, safety discussion, safety day/open day;
11. Support incident reporting and RCA system i.e. draft & review incident report, follow up relevant actions etc.;
12. Support other EHS engineers or EHS coordinators when necessary i.e. in urgent case, new project and tasks with time restriction etc.
13. Work on Reckitt Global R-PS system – H&SE Pillar i.e. implementation, Inspection, Audit and Review.
14. Support for legal compliance review and supervise the relevant implementation.
15. Other task assigned.

9. 熟悉安全、双体系、ISO45001/ ISO14001组合体系和利洁时EHS标准，并在必要时支持相关工作，如年度自我评估、内部审核、监督执行。
10. 支持EHS活动，如EHS活动，每周主题，安全讨论，安全日/开放日;
11. 支持事件报告和RCA系统，如起草和审查事件报告，跟进相关行动等;
12. 必要时支持其他EHS工程师或EHS协调员，如紧急情况，新项目和有时间限制的任务等。
13. 负责利洁时全球R-PS系统- H&S E支柱的实施，检查，审计和审查。
14. 支持法律合规审查并监督相关实施。
